Georgetown Prep Secures Eighth Consecutive IAC Golf Championship

On Thursday at PB Dye Golf Club in Ijamsville, Georgetown Prep captured its eighth straight IAC Championship, posted a team score of 391, ahead of runner-up Landon (412).

Senior Jason Park, a 2025 1st Team All-Met, overcame the windy conditions to claim the individual medal with an even-par 72, marking the fourth consecutive year a Prep golfer has won the title. Jason was followed closely by two freshman teammates, his younger brother Daniel Park and Jose Veiga, who tied for second with rounds of 74. William Lamond (79) and Finn Marino (80) rounded out the scoring for the Hoyas, with all five team members earning All-IAC honors.

Earlier in the season, Daniel Park shot a 67 to tie for low score in the Maryland State Private School Championship at the University of Maryland to lead the Hoyas team to a comfortable 12-stroke victory.
