Georgetown Prep wins IAC Wrestling Championships

Georgetown Prep won its first IAC Wrestling Championship tournament title since 2017 on Saturday at St. Stephen's and St. Agnes. The victory capped a highly competitive season where Georgetown Prep, Bullis, and Landon shared the regular season IAC title, each finishing with 4-1 records. The Little Hoyas won 3 individual titles and scored 161 points, ahead of Bullis at 139.5 and Landon at 138.

Bullis junior Noah Tucker was honored with the David Hooper Outstanding Wrestler Award, following his third straight weight class title. Other wrestlers defending their 2025 titles to become repeat winners were Freddy Brinkman (126 lbs), William Jacques (144 lbs), and Justin Jackson (165 lbs) of Georgetown Prep, and Soshiant Ahanj-Elias (157 lbs) and Stephan Mason (215 lbs) of Bullis.
